⁹ Then he placed the turban on his head, and he placed the gold medallion, the holy crest, on the front of the turban just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

¹⁰ Then Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the Dwelling and everything in it, to consecrate them. ¹¹ He sprinkled some of it on the altar seven times and anointed the altar with all its utensils and the basin with its pedestal, to consecrate them.
